How many rooms do you have?
Our boutique resort offers 19 rooms in three configurations one-bedroom suites, two-bedroom suites and studios
What is your smoking policy?
Captiva Beach Resort is a non-smoking property
What is your pet policy?
Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate pets at our property
How many floors are there at your resort?
Captiva Beach Resort is a one-level property, all rooms and common areas are at ground level
How far are you from the beach?
The beach is approximately 400 feet and a two-minute walk from our driveway
Do you have a swimming pool?
Yes, our resort features a 20×40-foot heated swimming pool
Are beach chairs, lounge chairs, and umbrellas available at the beach?
Yes, all are available to rent right on the beach
Are towels available for the beach and swimming pool?
Yes, we offer complimentary towels for the beach and the swimming pool
Do you have a resort fee?
Our $15 per day resort fee includes many amenities: BBQ grills, resort games (ping pong, cornhole, shuffleboard, bocce ball), heated pool, coin-operated laundry, ice machine, parking, beach towels and Wi-Fi
How do I make a reservation?

What times are check-in and check-out?
Check-in is at 3 p.m. Check-out is at 10 a.m.
What payment types do you accept?
A credit card is required to reserve a room. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express
What is your cancellation policy?
Reservation cancellations must be received 72 hours prior to check-in. If cancellation is not received by the required time, a charge of one night's accommodation will be applied
Do you offer Wi-Fi?
High-speed Wi-Fi is available in all rooms
Do you offer on-site parking?
We offer complimentary parking for one vehicle per room. We are unable to accommodate motorhomes, trailers, boats or other larger vehicles. If you require such parking, please let us know at the time of reservation and we can advise on parking options
