Resort Accessibility
At Captiva Beach Resort, we strive to accommodate all guests with spaces that are comfortable and accessible. Please don't hesitate to contact us with any questions you may have or to request accommodations that fit your needs. We will make every effort to assist.
Room Accessibility
Our Accessible Crescent Studio is our spacious ADA room. It features:
- An roll-in threshold at the doorway
- A bathroom with 60-inch turnaround space for a wheelchair
- A roll-in shower with removable seat that is 17-19 inches from the bathroom floor
- The bathroom has parallel grab bars on the back wall of the tub and another grab bar on the opposite wall
- The toilet is 17-19 inches above the bathroom floor with a grab bar on the side wall closest to the toilet and on the wall behind the toilet
- There are two queen beds with a 30-inch space between beds
General Resort Accessibility
Captiva Beach Resort features ADA-compliant handicapped parking and curbing. The pool offers an access lift for guests needing mobility assistance into the pool. Doors and entryways throughout the resort are more than 32 inches wide and all hallways, ramps and other routes on the property are at least 36 inches wide.
